• If you are sick or have been in contact with a COVID positive person please call and reschedule your dental appointment
• When you arrive at our dental office please stay in your car and phone 360-871-0788 OR text back the # associatied with your appointment reminder to say you have arrived. If you do not have a cell phone please come on and wait in the reduced waiting room with a mask.
• Upon entering the office wear a MASK and use the hand sanitizer provided at the front table.
• We will take your tempature before starting dental treatment
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA/WISHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued

In-House Dental Incentive
Dr. Malidore is pleased to offer an in-house annual dental incentive to our current and new patients. This incentive will allow you to recive recommended dental treatment at an affordable fee. We are committed to offering superior dental care.
Several types of incentives are available starting at $35.00 a month. You must have completed a comprehensive examination that includes a full month series of dental x-rays.
Automatic monthly payments accepted using a credit or debit card. Incentive will be available after annual fee or 2 monthly payments have been received.

We also offer 15% off additional services when enrolled.
